The HOC was represented at the Southend Shakedown by Essex, Kent and North London Branches.
We had a number of bites from potential new members throughout the day. We shall see if they turn up at our Branch meetings as they promised to do.
We managed to sell plenty of HOC Regalia and also managed to raise £660 for the Essex/Herts Air Ambulance.
The show was well attended with the organisers estimating 30,000 people attending the event.
Even the Air Ambulance appearred over the show. I couldn’t quite get the Red Arrows to make an appearance.
