Hi folks we had our monthly meeting last night Wednesday 6th of November

In attendance were :- Greg O’Hagan, Hayley Gray, Brian Ewart, Aaron McDonald, Harry Watters, Steve Byson, Chris Boyce, Colin Fogarty, Alan Brown and Myself Antony Fleming branch secretary
New members were introduced:- Chris Boyce, Colin Fogarty and Alan Brown.
Recent AGM in the National Conference Centre Birmingham :- details were discussed in particular the saddle sore contest, so left at minute as awaiting more clarity on rule changes and the way points will be awarded, we have several men in our branch who are well up for this contest.
Donaghadee show is confirmed for our attendance on the 15th + 16th Nov, we have a couple of bikes lined up for our stand and volunteers have confirmed that they will help out Greg O’Hagan on Friday night and Aaron McDonald on Saturday as well as myself and Hayley Gray doing both days.
We then spoke about the Carrickfergus bike show being held on the 14th Dec. We decided that we would like to do a theme and I said I would contact a few guys in the branch regarding this to try and make it happen, further information to follow
We discussed the Christmas dinner and one man expressed interest in going so I made enquiries with the hotel about getting him in with a bit of persuasion I managed to get him squeezed in,
Turns out this night doesn’t suit him so a place available at £45 for dinner and entertainment if you wish to take his place please let us know as quickly as possible Harry is organising a rideout around the Ards peninsula after we have breakfast in the Pitstop cafe at Balloo located beside the Eddie Irvine go-kart indoor track, meeting at 11am have breakfast and leave at 12am. Are as soon as we are able to go.
