Roger Hutchinson met up with Jack Radcliffe and as it was just the two of them they decided they’d go through the Peaks District. As Jack hadn’t been to Winnat’s Pass, Roger decided to take him there. Riding through Castleton, Hathersage, they stopped for bacon butties and chatted up other bikers. They went through Edale Valley, Bakewell, past Monsal Head, via Gelia, Ashbourne then on to the superbike factory in Donington where they went bike shopping. Unfortunately neither bought anything.
