June 22nd This Sunday was Honda Day at the Ace Cafe on the North Circular. I had proposed going down there individually for a Meet and possibly a Ride but Jim kindly stepped up with a run from Rose Cafe, Chelmsford leaving for the Event at about 0930. He was joined by some Essex and North London Branch members and I left later on from my house with Richard and Chris. I went through Woodford onto the North Circular to get there and it was a bit busy. We all met up later at the Ace where it was great to see our friends on the HOC stand and other branch members who had arrived individually. Some nice bikes were on show. Jim then proposed a run to Finchingfield and six of us went, though two only going part way. It was a nice run and Richard treated us to tea and cake at Winners there. Chris from Essex was still with us also. Thank you all and Jim in particular… 😊
