Phil & I took full advantage of the MASSIVELY discounted tickets for the opening round of the BSB season @ Silverstone thanks to the Northants Branch, who have a brilliant relationship with the circuit and have for the past few years, got the HOC Members a huge discount…£10 for a full weekend ticket (not including camping). So you could go in Friday, Saturday & Sunday, all for £10..doesn’t get any better than that does it. Just another VERY good reason to join up officially to our family.
Huge thanks also go to our Editor, Ron Rutgers and his wonderful wife Geri & Rufus the pooch and Tigger the cat for putting up with us for the whole weekend, giving us a very comfy bed, amazing food and furry cuddles (that would be from the pooch and puddy tat of course lol)…although Ron did need a shave!! And mega thanks for the Easter Eggs.
The Northants Branch had ordered the weather for us as well, it was scorching, couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. And mega thanks to Mike Fensome and the Northants branch for organising everything and for all the hugs and laughs.
