Stafford Classic Bike Show

           A huge team effort

What a fantastic weekend for the Honda Owners Club at Stafford! Our Classic Team proudly displayed nine Hondas, welcomed hundreds of visitors to the stand, shared technical knowledge, talked restoration projects, and promoted everything that makes the HOC such a great club. The weekend was a tremendous success, resulting in 22 new members joining after visiting the stand and chatting with the team. We were delighted to welcome motorcycle legend Sammy Miller to the stand, while interviews with YouTubers and the show’s organisers helped raise the profile of the HOC even further. The new lighting, display mats and information stands helped showcase the bikes beautifully and attracted plenty of attention throughout the weekend. Most importantly, we’d like to extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone who helped make the weekend possible. Special thanks to Jude Browne, Andy Smith, Charles Deakin, Jon Stone, Simon Butler, Karen Butler and Peter Cribbin, (new member and my brother), for planning, preparing, transporting, setting up, staffing and supporting the stand throughout the show. Their hard work, enthusiasm and dedication were a credit to both the Classic Team and the Honda Owners Club We’d also like to thank everyone who came along to support us, including Ron, Dan, Richard and the members who stopped by for a chat during the weekend. Your support was greatly appreciated and helped make the event such an enjoyable success. Stafford once again proved why it’s one of the highlights of the classic motorcycling calendar. We came away tired but happy, having made new friends, renewed old acquaintances, welcomed new members and proudly flown the flag for Honda.
