North London continue midweek excursions
On Wednesday 25th July Chris Taylor led a good ride towards St Ives in Cambridgeshire. He was joined by Steve J and John C. The weather and roads were good and they had lunch at a garden centre near St Ives. Their final stop was afternoon beverages at the nice Days Bakery in Newton.
North London duo take to the track
On Thursday 25th July myself and Chris Ward had booked onto a track training day at Cadwell Park. It was run very efficiently by HRT rider training. We stayed the previous night at Horncastle to get to the track by 0730. It was a very intense but exciting day, leaving us both exhausted but exhilarated. I think I may be getting a bit old for this type of stuff but believe I rode rather well, I could see that Chris certainly was. Highly recommended for all but the feint hearted! 😊
