Sunday 27th September Macmillan Ride & Coffee Morning
Due to the current circumstances the event as advertised didn’t go ahead, however with a bit of diversifying it became a Mini Coffee and Cakeaway! with a satellite event 25 miles away in Derby all without the rideout.
Helen couldn’t decide which one cake to bake for a group of only 6, so had to invite the neighbours for takeaway! Only ever in groups of less than 6 and at staggered intervals. Helen was in the caravan making drinks and serving cake until
Trevor let her out for a photo! Café Hélène! Helen raised £132.50 on the day.
So all in all, despite the adverse conditions £177.50 was raised for Macmillan Cancer Support.
