Seven from West London enjoyed the Picnic in Savernake Forest on 22nd July. Dan led the run, deftly avoiding all the many road closures – whilst Jude and I had stayed overnight in Marlborough taking the opportunity to sample the local Wadworth’s Brewery’s 6X. It was an opportunity to meet up again with members from Oxford and Wiltshire branches. Jim Peel-Cross was in fine form – long-time no see! About 30 bikes and 40 people enjoyed a chat as we tucked into the delicious desserts which Erica had supplied. Mark Ling showed off his skills, with his manoeuvering of his drone providing interest and entertainment which we can hopefully repeat at the National Rally. Thank you to Erica, Colin (for specially building the table) and all the Oxford team for organising a successful event
