On the first Saturday of March Oxford Branch headed out into a sunny but cool Saturday morning for their first ride out of the year. Meeting at our regular club venue Chris lead 8 hardy bikes out into the North Oxfordshire countryside to cross the border into Northamptonshire for a warming breakfast at the newly reopened Jack’s Hill Café and Truck Stop. After a delicious interlude we headed out for Chris’ grand tour of Northamptonshire, including sights such as Wellingborough, Kettering, and Brixworth, whether any of those were on the original itinerary will remain unknown but it was all rather enjoyable despite the cool weather. It was good to get out as a group for the first time of the year and everyone had a good laugh along the way. Rob
