North London revisit the Corner
On 7th January on a cold but dry day (damp roads of course), six of us decided on a fairly short ride to one of our favourite haunts, the Corner cafe at Sible Hedingham.
We had a later start than usual to avoid frost and got there on big roads, going via Chelmsford and Braintree. We decided on a slightly more adventurous route next and went towards Haverhill, Thaxted and Takeley before a final stop at a nice cafe at Hatfield Heath for afternoon tea.
Another nice chat and we then headed for home, getting there well before dark…
