Stop over ride to Whitby. An excellent ride across the North Yorkshire Moors after stop off at Squires Cafe in Sherburn in Elmet for a coffee before a quick break at Mathewsons in Thornton le Dale with a short stop at Pickering Railway station (where me and my mate got to sit in the train drivers seat of a Locomotive). Beautiful weather all day finishing it off with Fish and Chips and a few beers. Stayed in the Station Hotel overnight (recommended) then down to Scarborough for breakfast the next day meandering through Bridlington then across the Humber bridge and home. Fantastic couple of days riding thanks to Stuart for leading us and taking us through stunning countryside. 160miles over two days, can’t wait for the next trip.
