Sunday 28th Jan.
Nine of us had breakfast at the Rose cafe.
There was Mick W, Mike T, Bron, Bryan, Marrissa, Ed, Danny, Cliff and myself.
The weather was dry with just a small chill in the air.
After the pep talk in the car park we got ready to set off when I found that I had a flat battery, or so we thought.
After getting a few of the others to give me a bump start we got the bike running again.
We set off for the Silver Ball Cafe for our first stop of the day.
It was quite busy here today.
It was here that I found didn’t have a battery problem, but maybe a side stand switch or gear selector switch problem. It will be rectified at a later date.
After a drink we set off for Parrishes in Thaxted for lunch.
The staff are always helpful here and the food is lovely.
After lunch we set off for the Toby Carvery at Braintree for out last refreshment staop of the day.
We said our goodbyes here and then set off for home.
Another good ride out on good roads and in great company.
I did 150.6 miles door to door today.
Be safe everyone.
