Saturday 1st March 2025 Durham & North East branch Ride Out
Brian led an impromptu ride out, we took in some awesome roads via Wooler stopping for lunch, Kelso, Selkirk, Hawick stopping for coffee, back down the A68 for our final stop at Brockbushes near Corbridge for another coffee. Great ride and great roads.

So, on a chilly Sunday morning seven bikes set off led by Paul to meet Myles in Stanhope. Myles then led a windswept ride over the moors and dales battling and meandering our way on some challenging roads to The Nook Cafe outside Alston.

Sunday 2nd March 2025 Durham & North East branch Social Evening
Tonight, Sunday 2nd March seventeen HOC members and one non-member attended our social evening. Mr Graham Orr gave a presentation about “Advanced riding awareness”. It made you think about road positioning and the many hazards that face us as bikers every time we set out on a ride. Many thanks Graham for giving up your time and I am sure it has inspired some of us to take the Advanced Riding course.
