Braving the sort of August weather normally reserved for Bank Holiday weekends, five riders from Wiltshire Branch were joined by a Dorset Branch member to ride from Tidworth to Box Hill for the HOC 60th Anniversary meet up and obligatory cake. Coffee stops were necessary in either direction to allow a little time to dry jackets and gloves and clean visors; both The Iron Bull Roadhouse in Old Basing, and Loomies in the South Downs provided good coffee and welcome respite after a drenching. All in all a good day was had, and it was good to meet up with folk from the other Branches.
