Great to meet Mark Turner and his son Ashley on his blood bike.
It was fantastic having Ashley with us in particular…. 1) when filtering the cars just politely moved over at the sight of his yellow reflective Deauville.
2) because he single handedly lowered the average age of the group by 10 years.
Martin Haenlien caught up with us at the South Downs visitors centre… which made it 12 bikes.
Lovely also to welcome Brian Bisset back for just his 2nd run, Stephen Hill, Daniel Token Walton, Charles Deakin, Tom Deakin, Bob West, Stephen Cribbin, Andrew Gale and myself made up the group.
