It was a beautiful day for riding and we were able to take full advantage. Following current guidelines, we were delighted to see Cem Mumcuoğlu attend for his first branch run out. We also had a visiting rider Andy Gale. Other members along for the ride were Charles Deakin, Daniel Token Walton, Stephen Hill and myself. It was Steve’s suggestion to have lunch in The Corn Store cafe at Pulborough. A riverside location, and we bagged the best table, full sunshine and with a lovely view. It is a destination that I’m sure we all would recommend. But we had to work for our meal, leaving Ockham Bites we rode on some beautiful roads through Surrey Hills villages such as Shere, Ewehurst, Cranleigh and Chiddingfold before dropping into Sussex and the historic Petworth.
