OXFORD RALLY 2020 – 17th,18th and 19th July
The Greedy Goose, Salford Hill A44 (GL56 0SP) has been in touch and they are all prepared for a ‘socially distanced’ rally – not sure about the large marquee yet but will see what we can sort.We are restricted on space for tents as have to maintain the 2 metre rule so need to know soonest if you want to come alongThe format will be::-Tents will be at 2metre distance from the next one : toilets and showers will be cleaned twice a day and sanitizer products available to use inbetween : the pub is doing the following menus or meals in the restaurant can be pre booked : the queue for beers will be at 2metre spaces – perhaps buy for a group if possible : ride outs will be max of 6 bikes per ride leaving at 30 minute intervals on the Saturday.: own breakfasts will need to be provided.ITINERARY:-
- Arrive Friday after mid day for set up
- Friday pm – pub providing take away Fish and Chips or Burgers and Chips – £12 a head OR you can eat in the restaurant – pre booked OR provide your own
- Friday pm – possibly a quiz night (format to be worked out!)
- Sat am – depending on the number of bikes the rides will leave at 30 minute intervals with max 6 bikes on each
- Sat pm – pub providing a BBQ with a delicious selection (!) again £12 a head approx OR you can pre book to eat in the pub OR provide your own
- Sat pm – possibly an Inter rally ‘Aunt Sally’ (format to be worked out!)
- Leave Sun am
