Northern Ireland

30th/31st Jan 2026. Another weekend for the Northern Ireland branch at another motorbike show for HOC GB NI Branch, this time the Tandragee 100 Supporters Club at Mullavilly Parish Hall. The Honda 500X put in another appearance, accompanied by two immaculately detailed Honda monkey bikes, care of HOC member Ian Frazer. Friday evening had a steady stream of callers at the stand continuing through to Saturday afternoon. It was good to see Edward Spud Jordan out and about. Antony missed the auction on this occasion but still managed a bit of retail therapy! A wee break now before the next one – Mid Antrim 150 Club Motorcycle Show in Ballymoney Indoor Bowling Centre at Ballybrakes Business Park on Friday 27th and Saturday 28th February.

The Norman McKeag Memorial Motorbike Show Comber 23rd-24th Jan 2026

HOC GB NI Branch attended their first show of 2026 in Comber First Presbyterian Church Halls. The Honda 500X with 173,000 miles on the clock, kindly lent by Jordan Fleming, drew quite a lot of attention to the stand with people commenting that it was a testament to Honda’s endurance and reliability. Antony showed the most interest in the auction leaving with some bits and pieces and lighter pockets. Everyone was kept well supplied with tea and coffee, delicious stew, sandwiches and traybakes. We enjoyed a very tasty breakfast on Saturday morning setting us up for the day ahead. The show was well attended and it was great to catch up with members who called at the stand.
