On 5th March our popular midweek rides continued on a fine day led again by Dave Plumb. A team of six took a windy route through to the very nice Hungry Stag cafe near Bury St Edmunds. They met Mick O’Sullivan there and had good grub and social intercourse. He is a popular guy with us all who has moved a bit away from us so we don’t see him too often. Afterwards the fine six went to the very nice Day’s Bakery in Norton where Robin treated the team to tea and cake. It is nice to see that Graham participated as he has lost riding time while changing bikes. Most of them did around 180 miles and I would have loved to be there. I’m recovering well from hip replacement…. 😊.
