On what was a dull but very mild 5th November 2025 (Guy Fawkes day) six of us exploded into action and went, for the second time, to Franks Corner cafe. This is a nice place with good food and a shop selling some interesting older motorcycles and various bits n pieces. It was a cracker of a shortish day and didn’t lack a bit of sparkle. You could say it was ‘bang on’.
We went via Ongar, Braintree and Earls Colne and returned without another stop via Halstead, Braintree, Witham and along the A414. Going via Witham turned out not to be a good idea though, a bit dull. A nice route otherwise with a great crew. All are in the photo.
