Hello Everyone!
North London go Central
February 25th was a nice day and not to be wasted so Dave P stepped up with what turned out to be a fine ride in good weather.
We went to Chelmsford, Boreham, Braintree, Sudbury, Bury Eddy, before arriving at the very good Centre café in Brandon.
Seven of us had started and Richard needed to head home before lunch while Martin was late, but he likes to plough his own furrow! We had great food and a nice chat before going homeward via Mildenhall, Newmarket, Clare and Finchingfield with a proposed stop Hatfield Heath.
Unfortunately it was getting late so the café was closed and we were missing two of our crew.
We found out later that Yiannis had gone through a bit of flooded road and half submerged his bike in a ditch! Fortunately all was okay and Chris P had helped him out.
The rest of us should have backtracked to check on them!
Overall a very fine day.
