North London have Great Sausages.

Dave Plumb again led a lovely ride to the reknown Super Sausage cafe near Towcester. On good roads and in nice weather he led a brisk ride through the Hadhams, Baldock, Shefford and Milton Keynes, a nice route. There were not many bikes at the Sausage, it not being the weekend perhaps, the grub was lovely and a few did consume the famous large sausage baguette. After a nice chat I took over the lead and used the extremely pleasant A413 to get us to Aylesbury via Buckingham. I recommend this road. We then took the non motorway road to Tring for a nice afternoon stop before heading home through Hemel, Hatfield and Hertford. A great day enjoyed by six of us.. I Think the Tring cafe is called the ‘Black Goo’. Lovely cakes there, not cheap though
