Hello Everyone.
North London ten Dally towards Didcot
On 12th May, it being a lovely day, our branch decided to head out west for a change.
Dave T led the ride from Tescos, Hatfield. We stayed on the A414 to the Magic Roundabout and then went via Bovingdon, Great Missenden, Wendover, Chinnor, Watlington and Benson. (No hedges feature this week).
Traffic was a bit heavy and speed limits kept the pace down and my tummy was rumbling when we turned into a housing estate.
Strange place for a Pub or café I thought.
We actually arrived at Dave and Margaret’s daughter’s house! There Jenny and family gave us a lovely bit of lunch as we sat in the warm garden and had a chat.
Afterwards we took a nicer, faster route back to Hemel, where we had afternoon tea in a garden centre courtesy of Chris P. It was homeward bound next.
