At very short notice Dave Plumb kindly led a Ride to Brandon and a good team of five capable riders took part. I modestly include myself amongst them. Really good roads featured and we used a new cafe for lunch, Valentino’s in Brandon, as two other options weren’t open. It was quite nice and featured a genuine robotic table server, though it had nothing to do with us misfits. See photo. Further great roads took us to Winners at Finchingfield for a final stop. A lovely day. Thank you Ben for lunch and Chris for afternoon refreshments. (I did pay for my own petrol!). We did not far short of 200 miles..
