Hello!
North London visit the Vinyard.
On 30th June Richard led a team of nine of our finest to the Vinyard cafe on Mersea Island for some lunch. The weather was not as good as expected but we had dried out by the time we got home after a damp morning.
We went though Ongar, Leaden Roding, Chelmsford, Danbury, Malden and Goldhanger.
A lovely route with okay traffic. After some nice food and chat the roads were drying and we had a nice spin to Finchingfield for final refreshments.
Dave Plumb helped with the route which took us past Abberton reservoir and through Coggeshall, Earls Colne, Halstead and Sible Hedingham.
It was a lovely day which got us home for football.
Also it was nice to have Rob join us for the first time..
