Ten of us met at The Railway Tavern, Framingham Earl for our Branch Christmas meal and social evening. Once seated with our drinks, Tracey's attentive team served us quickly and efficiently with good, hot food which we all enjoyed. During the evening, between courses the usual laughter and banter echoed around the table indicating that we were all having a good time, so much so that even some of the cracker jokes were found to be funny, others did not fare as well. Following our meal, we continued drinking (wisely), talking, joking and laughing during which Tony joined us straight from the Norwich City match. As the pub was showing the game on a nearby TV, we were all looking for him in the crowd with one or two joking shouts of "There he is" ringing out. Our excellent evening continued for some time then it was time for home with wishes of "Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year" all around. I'd just like to say a big "Thank You" to Tracey and her team for giving us a great evening which they worked so hard to deliver.
