Manhoc AGM Thursday night 7th December 2023.
Together with club night, the Manhoc AGM, will be held at the John Gilbert, Worsley, starting at 8pm sharp. And all are welcome.
This is where you can elect your Chairman and Secretary, and express your views and suggestions, for the new year’s riding.
Final date for receiving Nominations for Chairman and Secretary is 23rd November. To be an eligible a candidate you will be a fully paid up HOC member and require a nomination and a second, again from fully paid-up members. Voting will take place on the night from only fully paid-up members.
I have put my name forward to continue my post as secretary and have been nominated by Juels and seconded by Sue, for the new year. Phil has given me notice that he will resign as chairman, after his successful year. He will continue with club activities and ride outs, especially organising his popular the mid-week and ad-hoc ride outs.
I look forward to receiving nominations with a second, especially for the vacant chairman position, and would be pleased if you could address them to me at Manchester@hoc.org.uk by the above date.
