Kent HOC go on a Mystery Tour

Dave-W took us on a mystery ride around the twisty back lanes of the Isle of Grain through picturesque villages finishing at the coast with a fabulous view across the Thames estuary. 

Saturday, 5th November 

Kent HOC go 10 Pin Bowling at Ashford

12 of us got together for our annual bowling tournament. This year it was girls versus boys with the boys exuberant in their win. However, it was Marilyn who achieved the highest individual score of the night.

Friday, 11th November

Kent HOC attend Battle of Britain Remembrance Service

The Wing is the Battle of Britain Memorial Trust’s visitor centre at the Capel-le-Ferne site of the National Memorial to the Few. Several members of the Kent HOC gathered together to remember the Fallen.

Sunday, 4th December

Kent HOC attend Whitstable Toy Run

This annual event is about bikers getting together to help disadvantaged children. Hundreds of bikers met up to donate gifts and money to the children’s charity and to ride en masse to the QEQM hospital at Margate.

Saturday, 10th December

The Kent HOC Christmas Meal

A popular and well attended event in the Kent HOC calendar, we met at our meeting venue of the Dover Castle at Teynham. The staff did a great job of looking after us and we enjoyed a three-course meal with Mike-G supplying the mince pies to finish off the evening.
