Thirteen bikes gathered at The Jolly Boatman, but not for a meeting, for a ride out round some fascinating roads with glorious scenery on a bright and sunny, warm Sunday. Off they set, respectfully riding through Kidlington onto Islip and some lovely twisty roads. After a hour and a half’s great ride (without losing anyone) Terry, the ride out leader, took us all into the Chinnor and Princes Risborough Heritage Railway. What a lovely warm welcome and a lovely down to earth well priced cafe. Steam trains puffing through and lots of happy faces before everyone set off for the ride home, via a stop at The Jolly for a well earned drink!
