HOC Christmas Party 2024

We have booked the The Royal Oak Hotel, The Cross, Welshpool, Powys, Mid Wales SY21 7DD for the event which will be held the weekend of Friday 29th of November to Sunday 1st of December 2024.
This is an AA Award Winning, 300 year old hotel with free WiFi and free onsite parking.
Friday night includes a hot & cold buffet.
Saturday is party night with a 3 course meal and disco.
Rates are as follows:
Full Weekend – Double/Twin £382 / Superior Double/Family £435 / Deluxe Suite £472 / Single £283
Saturday Night Stay only – Double/Twin £214 / Superior Double/Family £241 / Deluxe Suite £259 / Single £154
Saturday Party Only – £40 per person
Non- refundable deposit of £50 per room is required at point of booking (full payment for the party only). The balance will be due before 30th October 2024.
All overnight stays include bed & breakfast and access to all spa facilities (spa treatments are chargeable).

Please note, the building is nearly 300 years old the owners are unable to fit a lift into the hotel. The restaurant and bar facilities are all on the ground floor.
They do not have any ground floor bedrooms however guests can request a lower floor if required.
