We met up at the Shell Garage at Brentwood for a 9.30am departure.
There was 6 of us on the ride today, Mike O and Les from the Kent Branch, Cliff from the North London Branch and Geoff, Kick W and myself from the Essex Branch.
After a morning coffee and a chat we set off.
The route today was a quick bimble along the M25, which would get us there for the opening time of the Museum.
We parked up and paid our entry fee.
As we walked around the Museum I took quite a few pictures which you will find I have attached to this report. The staff here are very knowledgeable and friendly.
After leaving the Museum we headed off to the Galleria at Hatfield for lunch in the Harvester there. Very nice staff in here too.
This bought us to our last leg for home. People peeled off where necessary.
The weather today was a little overcast, but dry all day.
A great day out on good roads in great company.
I completed 93.7 miles today door to door.
Until the next ride be safe.
Roland Murphy. Essex Branch Secretary.
