Yesterday the Essex Honda Owners club, with the Kent and North London Branches, paid a flying visit to the Essex and Herts Air Ambulance.
The reason for the visit was to pay to them money we had collected for them over the last year. We handed them £1060.00p.
The bulk of the money was raised by the Essex Branch with North London collecting £50.
Essex set off from the Rose Cafe and headed for North Weald airfield.
Once we arrived at North Weald we met up with members of the Kent and North London branches.
EHAA split us up into two groups and showed us around the air ambulance, they also answered many questions that were thrown at them.
The last part of the visit was a quick look inside the hanger.

The EHAA provided a professional photographer who took pictures of the whole group and the presentation of the cheque. They will be forwarding these photos to me and once I receive then I will post them here.
