Great ride out today in to the peak District
Thank you to Paul Davies for leading us to one of his regular haunts, The Yonderman Cafe for a hearty breakfast, which was enjoyed by all, and thank you for Karen Luker for bringing up the rear.
Now it was my turn to lead and the obvious choice was for ice cream !! Blaze Farm was the destination, Wildboarclough as it came highly recommended.
We were then lead by the one and only James Davies, an enjoyable route through the peaks and to the Jug & Glass Inn, at the top of the White Peak area of the National Park with views across the Dales, where we stopped for refreshments.
A great day spent with friends in a lovely part of the country.
Nice to see new members join in as this enhances the club and ultimately this is what we are about.
I would like to thank all who came and it was nice to see another lady motorcyclist join the group, and thank you to Geoff Springthorpe and Dawn Harrison for positive comments on their first ride out with the branch
