Sunday 7th April turned out to be a really good day out for the Darlington and district Honda owners club.
Ok so there was some rain and a lot of wind but that did not put us off.
We were heading up Weardale towards Hexham but when we got up on the top of the moors the gusts of wind were becoming rather violent so we turned back and headed down to the everyday cafe in Stanhope for a coffee.
From there we decided to cut across country to Seaham on the coast where we had more coffee and a couple of bowls of chips.
We headed back home along the coast then windy roads through Sedgefield.
We all enjoyed the ride and it was good to welcome Freddie back with us and we hope to see more of him on rides .
Cheers
Phil
