Yet another brilliant day out with the Darlington and district Honda owners club.
It was warm and sunny as eight of us left the model t and headed off through Northallerton, Skipton on swale, Ripon, Risplith and Pateley bridge where the back brake on Amy’s back brake decided to lock on then wouldn’t work at all so she dropped out and headed off back home.
After that we all headed down to the A 59 bikers café for lunch and a chat.
From there Paul led us round all the bendy back roads to the picturesque village of Slainburn where we stopped for a ice cream.
From there it was up the high Bentham, Ingleton and Ribblehead viaduct where we met up with Jan.
Then it was off again through Hawes, Bainbridge, Askgrigg, Castle Bolton, Redmire and Catterick garrison.
Richard invited us to his house for coffee so we sat in his garden and chatted again before heading off home. Thank you Richard and Tina for your hospitality.
Love your garden.
All in all a superb day in the most beautiful countryside, thanks to Paul and Richard for keeping us on the right track .
Cheers
Phil
