It was another good to be alive day with the Darlington and district Honda owners club.
We expected rain but all we got was blue skies and some sunshine as we rode up the A 68 to the Wentworth café in Hexham then on to nook farm café just outside Alston for lunch where I had a wedgy from Freddy.
When we left there it was down those fast and furious bendy roads into Middleton in Teesdale where we stopped at our favourite café for coffee and pie and ice cream.
From there we headed off through Stanhope and home.
A glorious day on fabulous roads and the company was not too bad either. See you all on Thursday.
Happy days
Cheers
Phil
