Yet another brilliant day out with the Darlington and district honda owners club.
170 miles of fantastic roads, As we left the model T it was raining but it soon cleared up and we were back on dry roads and sunshine for most of the day.
We rode up to Stanhope for a coffee stop at the every day café then headed up to Alston then hearthside summit.
As we got up there we rode into the clouds so it was very wet and visibility was down to a few feet but once we dropped down the other side it soon cleared up.
We rode along Ullswater then over the Kirkstone pass to Bowness on Windermere where we stopped for lunch.
It was very busy there.
From there we went through Kendal then up to Kirby Stephen for our last coffee break.
From there to Middleton in Teesdale then through Eggleston to home.
As we got back to Darlington we encountered wet roads again but all in all we had a fantastic day.
Cheers
Phil.
