Dear Wilts HOC member, I hope you’re well. This Calling Notice supports the ‘event’ on the Honda Owners Club Wiltshire Branch (motorcycles) Facebook group. Wilts will hold their AGM at: The Woodbridge Pub, North Newton, Pewsey, Wiltshire, SN9 6JZ at 1930 on Thurs 27th of Aug 26. Please see the attached Minutes from Wilts’ previous AGM. Feel free to order food off the menu and tuck in before or during the meeting. Note, as being a paid up member is a requirement to vote, please remember to bring your HOC Membership Card with you.
The following Branch Committee positions are to be elected at the AGM:
- Secretary. Current incumbent, Dave Jolly, standing for re-election. Position to be elected from the membership. Committee’s nomination for position: Dave Jolly.
- Assistant Secretary and Social Media rep. Current incumbent, Andrew Young, standing for re-election. Position to be elected from the membership. Committee’s nomination for position: Andrew Young.
- Treasurer. Current incumbent, Jimmy Young, standing for re-election. Position to be elected from the membership. Committee’s nomination for position: Jimmy Young.
- Regalia Member. Current incumbent, Claire Jolly, standing for re-election. Position to be elected from the membership. Committee’s nomination for position: Claire Jolly.
Please email any other nominations for the above positions and agenda items you may have to the Secretary no later than Tue 11 Aug 26. The agenda will be sent out by close of play Wed 12 Aug 26.
