Description
: |
Some of the frame welds are not to the manufacturers
specification which in could lead to cracking of the affected welded
joints. In the worst case, the welded area could break, resulting in rear
suspension or lower cross member separation. |

Remedial
Action : |
Recall the machines that are likely to be affected. Any
repairs will consist will consist of reinforcement of the welds where it
is identified during the initial inspection that the weld bead shape is
incorrect. A new counter-measure frame will be installed if it is
identified that a reinforcement weld cannot be applied. |
