| Description : | When the clutch lever is released, but the clutch not fully engaged, clutch disc judder can occur at high engine RPM when performing rapid style racing starts. The resultant stress can cause the clutch outer to fail, which may result in several large pieces separating from the clutch outer which may cause rear wheel lock, the engine to stop and the risk of engine oil leakage due to crankcase damage. |
| Remedial Action : | Recall affected machines for the installation of an improved clutch outer and clutch lift lever shaft, anti-judder spring, spring seat and friction disc. |
