| Concern : | POSSIBILITY OF A FUEL LEAK WHICH MAY CAUSE FIRE |
| Description : | It has been identified that the possibility exists, that the fuel control valve diaphragm within the fuel valve assembly may not have been manufactured to specification. Due to poor adhesion of the rubber to nylon backing material, fuel can seep through the nylon fibres to the vented side of the diaphragm. In the worst case, fuel can drip slowly from the valve when the machine is stationary with the engine idling. |
| Remedial Action : | Recalled machines will be fitted with a countermeasure fuel valve set. |
